Astro Coast (Kanine Records)Barely out of high school, this young Floridan quartet craft unabashedly infectious indie rock, dropping reverb-drenched Beach Boys harmonies over fuzzy guitars and occasional nods to Afro-pop, all immersed in summery vibes befitting of their sunshine state of mind. There's no doubt that Surfer Blood will be one of this year's breakout bands.
